With vested interests concealing information and blocking the spread of knowledge, it is time for the People to advocate for and institute new laws.

The Public citizens are endowed with the right to 
impart and receive knowledge unhindered.

The public must be informed clearly of all the issues
 relevant to 
any product, service or regulation.

SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS:


Informed on Medical Care

All medications must be subject to
your right to know:  

> What long-term studies confirm a medicine's safety.

> Ongoing adverse effect reports for a medicine.

> If a medicine was ever the subject of legal actions for damages.

> What significant criticisms have been voiced about a medicine.

> What long-term health downsides to prolonged use of a medicine.

> What financial stake has the person prescribing the medicine.


Effective medical care relies on 
your right to know

> The risks attaching to any proposed medical treatment.

> The specific competency level of any medical practitioner.

> Significant alternative therapies and their comparative outcome.


Eliminating medical errors rests on 
your right to voice non-consent

> Your concerns abut the medical care of yourself or a relation and have your concerns formally recorded and acted upon. 


Informed consent means you have 
the right to refuse consent for care:  

> Your bodily integrity is a natural right which must be respected.

> Guardianship of your children's health is similarly a natural right.
